Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the rules for using MISYAR. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to follow it. Violations may lead to immediate suspension, removal of content, permanent account deletion and, where appropriate, referral to the competent authorities.

Minimum age

  • MISYAR is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts created by or for anyone under 18 will be removed immediately.
  • If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we may suspend it and request proof of age before any reinstatement.

Prohibited content

  • Sexually explicit profile content, including nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitations or descriptions of sexual services.
  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualises minors.
  • Content depicting or promoting sexual violence, sexual assault or non-consensual sexual activity.
  • Non-consensual intimate images or content, including revenge porn and secretly recorded material.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies or encourages self-harm, suicide or serious violence.

Prohibited conduct

  • Facilitation of human trafficking, sex trafficking or sexual exploitation in any form, including recruitment, transport, harbouring or receipt of persons for exploitation.
  • Aiding, abetting, encouraging or inciting abuse, harassment, exploitation or unlawful conduct against any person.
  • Scams, fraud or deceptive activity intended to defraud other members, including romance scams, investment fraud and requests for money, gifts or financial details.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking, coercion or any behaviour that makes another member feel unsafe.
  • Impersonation, fake profiles, false marital status or any misrepresentation of identity or intentions.
  • Solicitation, escorting, advertising sexual services or promoting third-party services unrelated to marriage.

Reporting and enforcement

  • Members can report any profile, message or behaviour that breaks this policy.
  • We review reports promptly, may preserve relevant records, and may report serious matters to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
  • If your account is removed for violating this policy, you may not create a new account without our express permission.
